Beginning of the Master in Real Estate classes

The student Borja de Arquer tells us how he has experienced the beginning of classes.

Master's Degree "Last January marked the start of the second semester for students of the University of Navarra's Master in Real Estate Strategy and Business (Master in Real Estate). After an unforgettable experience at module from business at IESE Business School, where we learned the basics of finance, accounting and strategy from brilliant IESE professors, we now face a new challenge with a great desire to continue learning.

The Master's Degree in Real Estate is under the direction of Samuel Azasu, Real Estate counselor and director of the program, and Oscar González Peralta, senior lecturer at IESE Business School, who lead a distinguished team of industry professionals.

In this second part of Master's Degree we explore the complexities of the real estate market in subjects such as market analysis and macroeconomics, where every graph, every trend and every fluctuation helps us to understand and forecast the future of the industry. On the other hand, in the subjects of financial analysis and assessment investments, we learn to translate numbers into informed strategic decisions about real estate investments and financing. And as we immerse ourselves in the intricacies of the legal and operational framework , we discover how each regulatory and operational aspect influences our future decisions and actions.

Our training combines theoretical classes with talks by industry professionals, such as visit from Cushman & Wakefield, who gave us an inside view of their business and taught us how to value a shopping center asset.

In addition, we have started the Final Projects Master's Degree, with which each student embarks on a personalized quest, guided by expert tutors, to explore a topic of interest within the world of Real Estate. From market trend analysis to assessment environmental impact, our research aims to bring new perspectives and innovative solutions to industry investigations.

On the other hand, our experience goes beyond academics. We are currently in the process of deciding the internships for this summer, which will give us the opportunity to take our theoretical knowledge to the internship real world. With them we will be able to learn from the evaluation of assets to the management of projects, they will be our opportunity to apply and expand our skills while we collaborate with professionals in the sector and contribute to the growth and development of real projects.

The future is full of exciting possibilities and challenges. We are ready to make the most of every opportunity that comes our way, eager to become agents of change in the dynamic world of Real Estate. This second semester is the next chapter in an exciting journey to success and fulfillment staff!".
