The Ministry of Housing and Urban diary (MIVAU) has held, during June 25 and 26, the conference to promote industrialized wood in the Building in La Casa de la Arquitectura.

The opening ceremony of the conference was chaired by the University Secretary of diary Urban, Housing and Architecture, Iñaqui Carnicero, who stressed the importance of "promoting the employment of this material from the public administrations and all the agents involved, in order to respond to two of the great challenges facing the Building sector, such as decarbonization and industrialization".

On the 25th, the director of the Chair Madera Onesta of the University of Navarra, José Manuel Cabrero, intervened in the roundtable entitled "The role of technical regulations. The development of the requirements of sustainability of the products and the influence in the Building in industrialized solid wood", which was moderated by Isabel Marcos (MIVAU).

Also participating at the table were the president of AITIM, Francisco Espejo; Juan Ignacio Fernández Golfin, from INIA; Jordi Gené, from INCAFUST; Jorge Blasco, professor at the UPC; Daniel López, from IMHAB; and Daniel Ibáñez, from IACC.
