Gustavo Cardozo Lupi, director general manager of Panattoni Iberia, reflects on the resilience of the real estate sector at the 'Alumni RE Club talks'.

Around 60 people attended this session of the Real Estate Alumni Club, held at the headquarters of postgraduate program in Madrid.

In the lecture entitled 'The resilience of the #inmologistics sector beyond COVID', Gustavo Cardozo Lupi, director general of Panattoni Iberia, shared his experience staff and his link to the sector, and answered numerous questions.

Gustavo Cardozo Lupi analyzed the "important transformation of immologistics - not only operational and environmental, but also social - with a greater number of more efficient, pleasant buildings and a working environment adapted to our times, which includes women and their talent, something that was rarely seen before".

He also explained the work developed by Panattoni Iberia to respond to the demands of its customers, balancing sustainability with the highest quality standards to build modern and optimal logistics and industrial properties.

"Sometimes you get the impression that we were living in a predictable world until COVID came along, but the truth is that we continue to encounter adversities. We can only be creative in the face of adversity. Therefore, the most important thing is to focus our energy on being decisive and adapting to the circumstances of the moment," commented director general.
