 The School of Education and Psychology considers it essential to guarantee the quality of the degrees and services it offers. goal To this end, the university has implemented an Internal Quality Assurance System (SAIC) with the aim of carrying out a continuous monitoring and review of its degrees. This systematically covers the activities that the School carries out in order to promote the quality and continuous improvement of all the official qualifications (Degree, Master's Degree and doctorate) and the services it offers.

By incorporating review and continuous improvement strategies, School aims to develop and monitor its actions, review and redefine them according to the needs and expectations of its stakeholders.

Competences

This programme meets clearly defined professional and academic needs: a need has been detected to train people in areas related to intervention, mediation and management of resources to provide responses in accordance with the needs of people throughout their life cycle that may derive from disability, learning difficulties or other types of problems or deficiencies, and to coordinate strategies, programmes and support systems aimed at improving their quality of life.

In its current configuration, Master's Degree aims to train professionals with sufficient resources to diagnose, intervene directly and guide non-experts in ways of helping people with special needs and to influence social Structures by designing intervention programmes.

The training of professionals and other educational agents (empowerment) is a basic strategic element to extend the task of financial aid and orientation of people with some difficulty or limitation for their plenary session of the Executive Council development .

An adequate educational intervention, which has a preventive and not only palliative character, is basic to achieve a real quality service for school and family institutions, and at final also for the citizens who are the ultimate recipients of the efforts of these organisations.
