On Thursday, April 10, the event 'Service Design Talks: Design for Healthcare', a roundtable organized in partnership with the association EIDE, took place at the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra. The meeting explored the impact of design in the field of healthcare.
During the session, several experts shared success stories and experiences that demonstrate how design can transform the design and delivery of healthcare services. Participants included Asier G. Morato y Patricia Bedoyafounders of Chubby Apps; Marta Barián Echánizspecialist in strategic design and facilitation of group processes; Paula TomásSenior User Experience Consultant at JAKALA; and Aitor Acilu, professor at the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra.
The event concluded with a roundtable in which experts, professionals and students exchanged thoughts and engaged in an enriching dialogue on the role of design in the healthcare system.
