868 selection processes (17.5% more than last year), 300 written tests, 230 dynamics of group and 338 interviews. attention staff Behind these figures is the positive evaluation of both the students, who appreciate the willingness of the professionals and the organization and efficiency of the processes; as well as the lawyers of the participating law firms who see in these Cross Agendas the possibility of establishing a close relationship with the students and define in the best way the professional profiles they are seeking for their firms.

The students appreciate having professional lawyers explain their work, give them advice and at final, help them to orient their professional future.

"From this whole process I would like to highlight the effort of the professional firms to come to campus and get to know us. For the students, these processes allow us to get to know the firms first hand, their scope of work, both national and international firms", explains Ignacio Mateo Simal, a native of Madrid and student of the double Master's Degree of Access to the Legal Profession and Law of business.

"For the students, these processes allow us to learn first-hand about the firms, their scope of work, both national and international firms."

Jacobo Paunero Belda, from Madrid, and student of the Master's Degree Acceso a la Abogacía and advisory service Fiscal says that his experience has been very positive. "Participating in the Cross Agendas has helped me to have a different vision of law firms that I did not know before and that were not among my priorities, when focusing my professional degree program ". Jacobo Paunero values the attention staff and direct contact with the lawyers. "The truth is that they give very good advice that helps you when thinking about your future and access to the professional world. In fact, before doing the processes, my priority was tax but after the agendas the range of opportunities is wider".

student Xavier Ribert Arqués, a native of Andorra, from the double Master's Degree of Access to the Legal Profession and Digital Law, agrees with his colleagues, but he also appreciates the effort made by the University's Careers Office . "Of the Agendas, I would highlight first of all the organization, efficiency and professionalism of the employment opportunities team, which makes it possible for the firms to come to campus for interviews, dynamics, tests. It's a possibility you don't have at other universities," she says.

Xavier assures that the processes allow "access to the practice of law in the best possible way". "The processes have provided me with guidelines to organize myself and prepare for the interviews and selection tests with all the load of work that Master's Degree carries. A load of work that you will then have to manage in any office".

The mission statement of the Careers Office of the School is to provide students with the necessary tools to direct their professional careers and promote the contact between recruiters, students and alumni of the School.

In this sense, the Cross Agendas allow students to participate in the selection processes of the main law firms without leaving campus. The Careers Office makes available to the law firms a computer application, created exclusively for the university (CV Book), which collects the professional profile of all the students of the promotion. With this information, the firms select the profiles of their interest and invite them to their selection processes.

María Rodríguez-Acosta and Cristina Guerola, from Allen&Overy, value their participation in the Cross Agendas and the fact that, in just one week, they can interview and meet many candidates. They state that it is "an efficient process that favors the good course in which all the interviews and technical tests are developed".

In the same vein, Javier Martínez Menéndez, manager selection of GA_P explains: "For Gómez Acebo & Pombo, what participating in these processes gives us is to meet many students in a short time, to advance with them and to know the fit and the interest they have in our firm. We know that they are profiles that fit almost perfectly with the values of the firm, both for their academic merits and for their fit staff which, throughout the whole process, is one of the factors that we take into account the most".
