Quality

The School Law Department has set up an Internal Quality Assurance System to enhance the quality and continuous improvement of all the degrees and services it offers.

School Law considers it essential to guarantee the quality of the degrees and services it offers. goal To this end, the university has implemented an Internal Quality Assurance System (SAIC) with the aim of monitoring and continually reviewing its degrees. This systematically covers the activities that the School carries out in order to promote the quality and continuous improvement of all the official qualifications (Degree, masters and doctorate) and the services it offers.

School Law has a Quality Assurance Committee, which is responsible for promoting and supervising the quality management system.

By incorporating review and continuous improvement strategies, School aims to develop and monitor its actions, review and redefine them according to the needs and expectations of its stakeholders.

Operating rules:

→ All information received is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
→ Only data submitted by users of the suggestion box that are respectful, truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date will be considered.
→ The manager responsible for monitoring the suggestion box forwards the suggestions, claims, complaints, and compliments received to the manager for each process (as per Annex 3 of PE1).
→ The manager for each process responds to the Username  at the sender’s email address and also evaluates whether to include the complaint or suggestion in the corresponding report for results analysis, with link to the form:
