Honors Program, in pursuit of excellence

The Honors Program of the University of Navarra Law School's School offers students of high performing the possibility of living a unique educational experience that complements their studies at Degree in Law with a series of academic and extra-academic activities designed to achieve a first-rate university curriculum vitae.

Students enrolled in the programme will be able to fill in their training through an exclusive selection of interdisciplinary, cultural and introductory activities to the professional world. The programme includes the participation in activities of profile international, as well as the improvement of oral and written communication skills, argumentation and other professional tools.

What do I have to do to participate in the programme?

In order to obtain the Honors Program mention it is necessary:

  • To have obtained a average equal to or higher than 8 in three of the four courses of Degree and in the remaining course a average never lower than 7.5.

  • To have satisfactorily completed the activities foreseen in the programme.

  • From the first semester of the 4th year, participants will have to be in possession of the Certificated Advanced in English CAE or have obtained a score of grade higher than 90 iBT in the TOEFL Exam.

Students will be invited to participate in the Honors Program with average above 8.5 in high school diploma. In addition, in order to participate in the Shadowing programme, which is a compulsory activity in the first year, it is required that in the first year of semester 1st year of Degree they have had an academic performance of more than 7.5 in average and have not failed any subject .

Students may join the Honours Program if, although they did not fulfil the initial requirements of the grade of the second high school program, in the first year of Degree they obtain a average equal to or higher than 8. They must take the compulsory activities of the first year.

Honours Program students who have a grade lower than 8 but higher than 7.5 in the course average will be placed in the Honours Program as conditional students. They will be able to participate in the activities as long as there are places available. If at the end of the course they reach average of 8, they will regain the status of students with plenary session of the Executive Council right. Their continuity in successive courses is conditional on obtaining a average equal to or higher than 8 in all courses.
