summary
Today, bioethics is facing numerous ethical challenges generated by technoscience. Society is asking for a rational answer about the goodness or not of biotechnologies that can be applied to human life in the arc of its existence, from its origin to its end. What is the role of Christians in bioethical work? Is it absurd, antidemocratic and manipulative to pretend that Christian beliefs influence the bioethical discussion ? What truths or attitudes does faith contribute that can help to give an ethical sense to technoscience?
