The University of Navarra's postal service should be limited to professional mailings, and the use of this service for private mailings should be avoided.
Correos España is responsible for collecting them from the University and transporting them to the Post Office.
Urgent deliveries are sent to a courier service business(Correos Express for national deliveries and DHL for international deliveries). deadlineAs a general rule, these shipments must be deposited in the buildings' concierges before 16h, in order to guarantee that they can be collected and arrive at their destination within a maximum of 24 hours (for any point in Spain).
The collection and delivery of inland mail is carried out on morning and afternoon rounds of the various buildings.
It should be borne in mind:
Internal mail envelopes: indicate (in addition to the addressee's name), the department/service and the building.
External mail envelopes: indicate the business entity of department/service sending the mailing.
A courier service has been contracted to manage internal mail with campus in San Sebastian and Madrid. The days established for this service are:
Campus of San Sebastian: Monday and Wednesday.
Campus from Madrid: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Only documents that can contain an internal mailing envelope will be accepted by pouch.
For parcels, the usual express delivery service via Correos Express will be used.
Parcel services (AMAZON, CORREOS EXPRESS, DHL...).
All mailings are centralized in the Concierge Office, and are delivered by the Internal Mail service.
Personal orders must be made to the individual's home address.
If the University office is used as a destination for private mailings, we collapse the system and internal mail may be delayed.
