The 'black' floods the School

The works of the 2nd year students of design filled the school with elegance and tradition.

On Wednesday, October 18, the students of 2nd of design presented, in different corners of the School, their works for the project 'CONSOLIDATION / BODY: contemporary traditions'.

As the statement describes, ''the project consists of designing a fashion intervention based on the ideas of fashion masters, such as Madeleine Vionnet and Cristóbal Balenciaga, in light of the creative traditions of our culture''.

The students developed a project ''whose base is the Issue and the subject''. ''Dialogue and experimentation between the two concepts, with creative and cultural traditions as the basis for reflection''.

The nine groups presented their work to Javier Martín, designer and visiting professor of project; Carlos Chocarro, professor of subject of Creative Traditions in Hispanic Culture; Andrés Tabera, Carlota Fanjul and Álvaro Velasco, professors of Taller de design III; and Marina Vidaurre, María Duro and Víctor Manzanal, professors of laboratory of Integration III.
