In the framework of the III International congress Philosophy and Cityorganized by the University of Navarra and the association Philosophy and City, five Spanish mayors participated in the roundtable 'The government of cities' held at School of Architecture: José Luis Martínez-Almeida, of Madrid; Juan María Aburto, of Bilbao; José María García Urbano, of Estepona; Carlos Martínez Mínguez, of Soria; and the mayor of Pamplona, Cristina Ibarrola.
The architect, former mayor of Pamplona and professor at School of Architecture, Enrique Maya, moderated the session. Among other issues, the mayors addressed topics such as urban agendas, immigration, the new mobility, and housing and urban regeneration.
