Martín Murgui, student design accredited specialization design accredited specialization , shares entrance experience of the various visits in this entrance :
Zara Home
The visit Zara Home was undoubtedly one of the most enriching experiences of our training. At the store on Calle Serrano, we were able to analyze firsthand the new "Apartment" concept, a strategy that seeks to transform shopping into an immersive experience. We observed how this design , similar to that in A Coruña, allows customers to project their own home in the store, eliminating the barrier between commerce and housing to encourage more organic and emotional consumption. In addition, learning about their graduate program from the inside allowed us to understand the strategic role that designers play in the internal structure of the brand. The workshop with the valuable opportunity to conduct face-to-face interviews, a real approach to the world of work that allowed us to apply and visualize our professional future within the Inditex universe.

Straight
Lacia was another of the visits, more focused on accredited specialization products and services. They focus on branding and packaging, helping companies define their visual identity and narrative on the shelf to stand out in competitive markets. One thing that caught our attention was their approach, which combines business strategy with creativity, ensuring that the design is design only aesthetic, but also functional and commercially effective. From our point of view, they reflected our future purpose new designers: the ability to modernize classic brands, maintaining their essence, and launch new concepts with a contemporary and coherent visual language.
Alvaro Catalán
Visiting Álvaro Catalán's workshop taught us that design is the perfect bridge between industry and craftsmanship. We saw how they transform PET bottles into luxury lamps, integrating traditional fabrics from communities around the world into a standardized technical structure. For us, it was a real lesson in design and social design : it's not just about recycling, but about creating objects with soul that preserve ancestral crafts. We left understanding that our role is to design ethical systems that give value to waste and dignity to the work guide.
Propelland
The visit Propelland was an eye-opening experience that gave us a real insight into how a consultancy service design consultancy service works. Led by Paloma, manager , we took an in-depth look at large-scale projects that demonstrate how design Madrid can scale up internationally and have an impact on various sectors. Although the session offered a very clear overview of management , we were left with a desire to explore in greater depth the technical interaction between Departments the work that sustains their creative ecosystem. Without a doubt, it was a lesson in the importance of global vision and versatility in our profession as designers.

Tendam
The visit Tendam was a fascinating immersion into the logistics and strategy of a large group . What impressed us most was their methodology in design : building full-scale prototypes within their own facilities to test functionality and customer flow before final implementation. This vision of physical prototyping as a prerequisite for commercial success was particularly relevant to our future training.
In addition, contact with the creative directors of firms such as Pedro del Hierro, within their own workshops, provided a human perspective and brought us closer to the industry. We were able to understand how a designer's artistic vision is translated into a marketable product without losing its essence, a lesson in balancing creativity and management that I consider fundamental.
