visit LaFinca Business Park

The visit to real estate assets is the ideal complement to the classes taught in the Master's Degree

As an extraordinary activity, last Friday, March 3, the students of Master's Degree in Real Estate Strategy and Business visited the office complex LaFinca Business Park, led by Andrés Benito, professor of the subjects Investment and Finance.

The visit to real estate assets is the ideal complement to the classes taught at Master's Degree, especially thanks to the holistic view of the business provided by Andrés, director and director of Assets Management and Investment at LaFinca Global Assets.

LaFinca Business Park, one of the largest business parks in Europe, has 125,000 square meters of floor space and more than 4,500 parking spaces at car park. Strategically positioned as an alternative to the offices in Madrid's Central Business District (CBD), it is home to large multinationals such as Accenture, Microsoft and Orange, among others.

In this way, they were able to see first-hand the implementation of new strategies in the work spaces, such as flex spaces, or the use of proptech to facilitate management and increase the performance of their facilities.

In addition, they were joined by Francisco Javier del Agua, director of Real Estate & Infrastructure at Orange Spain, with whom they discussed the new office concepts adopted at the Orange offices in LaFinca Business Park, in response to the new challenges imposed by the COVID crisis.
