Subjects on Christianity
They are aimed at all university students (who have already studied Anthropology and Ethics). To those who already know the Christian faith, because it can help them to deepen their knowledge and to discover horizons they were previously unaware of; and to others, because they can discover a new world for the first time.
The question of God is a classic question in the Western university tradition. Profound questions such as "Who is Jesus Christ?", "What did God create us for?", "Is there a true religion?", "Is there life after death?", challenge the university student in his search for truth.
The university institution aspires to know all dimensions of truth. In its openness to a complete vision of reality, it also wants to understand the answers offered by religion, to ask whether they are true, and what their relevance is in people's lives.
The University of Navarra completes the university training with the study of the Christian religion, offering some optional subjects within the Cultural Keys of the Core Curriculum.
The subjects provide in-depth answers to the big questions and give meaning to life and the world.
Without knowing Christianity, it is impossible to understand the art, culture and social achievements of the Western world.
Christianity is source of inspiration to improve one's own life and society.
