Professors Asier Santas and Nuño Mardones participate in an event at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto on virtual and augmented reality.

On October 4, 5 and 6, Professors Asier Santas and Nuño Mardones participated in a multi-event at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto within the framework of project Erasmus+ E4TLI (Education for Technological Literacy and Inclusion), of which the University of Navarra is a member. School of Architecture of the University of Navarra is partner researcher .

Asier Santas and Nuño Mardones offered, together with professors Maria Inés Ribeiro, João Prudente, João Vidal, António Abreu and Ricardo Silva, a series of sessions at training on virtual and augmented reality in the auditorium of the Escola Superior de Educaçao (ESE).

In addition to an introductory part on both concepts, several companies contributed with practical cases applied to the fields of Education (specifically, work at classroom with these technologies), culture and tourism.

On Friday morning, in addition, the School of Nursing of the University of Navarra participated remotely to present a project of research on virtual reality applied in teaching.
