Application

The deadline for apply for the exchange will be the third week of January 2024.

The application of exchange is done through ADI from January 9th until Friday January 13th at 13:00h. It is important that the application has all the necessary documents. It should be prepared:

- form application exchange , in which the student must specify the list of destinations for which it meets the requirements requirements, in order of preference (maximum 3).

- Recent passport-size photograph, in .jpg format.

- PDF of the updated academic transcript , with the grade average . All grades obtained in the ordinary and extraordinary exams must be clearly visible, for which it may be necessary to generate the PDF horizontally. Incomplete or handwritten transcripts will not be accepted.

- PDF of degree scroll or certificate that accredits knowledge of language of the where the classes of the host university are taught, valid when applying for the Admissions Office there. In the event that the destination does not require an official degree scroll , the student may take the level certification exams (English, French or Italian) that the institute of modern languages of the University carries out every month(More information).

- In addition, each applicant must ensure that the letter from his advisor or from another professor of the School of Architecture, which gives the approval to his application, has arrived before January 13. The author of the letter must send it directly, without the intermediation of student, by mail to internationaletsa@unav.es The professor involved can download the model of the letter.

The same scales apply to all students. There is no subject degree preference. For more information on the process of awarding the place please read the guide of exchange 24-25.
