enrollment is done only once a year, and once formalized it is irrevocable. However, within 10 days of enrollment, students who allege a just and proportionate cause may make a change in their registration. After this period, any modification of the enrollment must be made by means of a written request, providing the reasons that recommend it. In the 2nd semester , a period of enrollment modifications will be opened, by written request to the School of Architecture, during the first two weeks of January. After this period, it will be irrevocable.
In the enrollment of each academic year students must, first of all, include the subjects they have failed in previous years.
The enrollment must be formalized in a minimum of 40 credits and a maximum of 78 (with a tolerance of 2 credits, both minimum and maximum). It is important that students in courses higher than 1st grade review the enrollment guides.
The School of Architecture will decide whether or not to grant a grace period (5th or later) and will be processed by means of a written request, being a prerequisite to have applied to the last call for applications. The application for a grace period must be signed by the academic advisor .
GUIDE DE ENROLLMENT GUIDE FOR DEGREE STUDENTS
If you are going to move on to 2nd or higher grades, you will find in these documents all the details for your enrollment.
The accredited specialization is applied for in the 2nd year of the Degree in design and 4th year of the Degree in Architecture programs of study . In both cases, the application will be made from the portal management management- Instances- other situations. There you must put the three mentions in order of priority.
Assignment of the accredited specialization will be made in order of transcript.

According to n.6 of the "rules and regulations on the permanence of Degree students" the School of Architecture establishes a minimum issue of 24 ECTS credit for the permanence in 1st year and a minimum of 40 ECTS credit for the permanence between 1st and 2nd year.
The granting of grace convocations (5th onwards) will be processed by written request, being an essential requirement to have applied to the last convocations. The application for a grace period must be signed by the academic advisor .
1) Activities with academic recognition:
- University cultural activities approved by the Office of the Executive Council.
- Recognized sports activities.
- Solidarity and cooperation activities, which are approved by the Office of the Executive Council or by the School.
- Participation in the Latin American Architecture Biennial.
2) The necessary application is submitted to the corresponding Center by means of a written request on the miUNAV portal . The credits obtained must be claimed at the Office of the Registrar. The amount of these credits is the same as the amount of the credits of the enrolled subjects.
Students who are no more than 30 ECTS credit short of completing degree program can take an early special exam (in September or December) in which they must take all the subjects. These students must proceed in one of the following two ways:
a) enroll in the period corresponding to them in agreement the enrollment calendar; subsequently, enroll in the special degree program.
b) enrol at deadline established specifically for these students.
Students must meet the following requirements in order to graduate:
- Not having pending subjects of the 2nd year.
- Be enrolled in more ECTS credit of the last year (5th in the case of the Degree in programs of study of Architecture and 4th in the case of the Degree in design) than of the previous year (3rd or 4th, depending on the Degree).
- Have less than 30 ECTS credit pending to finish the Degree
