Request for documents

Most documents can be taken directly from the shelf for loan, but there are some that must be requested using the Get/apply for from option. UniKa.

These documents are those on deposit (such as some books and magazines, press prior to the current fortnight, music and special materials) and documents from other centers (loan Intercenter ).

Students of Degree should apply for the documents found at conference room of research from Main Library.

How to make a petition

1. Locate the document at Unika and click on Get/apply for.
2. Indicate the Library Services where you want to collect the document. In the case of works in volumes or publications, you can provide specific information about the Issue, issue and/or pages.
3. Confirm the request by clicking on the Send button application.

Shipping times

• Main LibraryMonday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (service every hour).

• Science LibraryMonday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm and from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

• Architecture service point: Monday to Friday, from 8 to 10:30 am.

This schedule will vary at Christmas, Easter and summer. 

Petitions for visitors of less than 15 days

If you are a visitor of less than 15 days, you must apply for at the counters a temporary card to be able to use the services of the Library Services.

Museum of the University of Navarra

For apply for a book from the Museum of the University of Navarra:

• Send the application to the e-mail address coleccionmuseo@unav.es. The reply will indicate the day on which the book is to be collected.
• loan and return at the reception desk of the University of Navarra Museum.
