Study Rooms
In the different libraries there are rooms for individual study, in an atmosphere of absolute silence. During exam periods, classrooms are set up as study spaces and other rooms in the libraries are repurposed to increase the number of places . There is an online reservation system that allows reserve study desk in advance, as well as information panels that provide real-time information on occupancy and availability of spaces.
Rules of use
Bottles with a lid can be introduced, but not food, cans or coffee.
Remain silent so as not to disrupt the study of others.
Make good use of the reservation system
Reserve your study desk before heading to the Library Services.
Only reserve a desk if you are going to use it. If you can't make it, cancel your reservation.
Reserve (Check-in) as soon as you arrive at your reserved study desk. Be sure to check in again if you switch spots or start a new time block
If you are going to be absent for more than 30 minutes, leave the desk free when checking out.
Do not occupy a seat if you have not reserved it in advance.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in the cancellation of reservation and a subsequent suspension of booking privileges for seven days.
