D. Alejandro Aranda Ruiz
graduate(2014) and PhD (2019) in History from the University of Navarra, he currently holds the post of technician for movable property at the Archbishopric of Pamplona and Tudela. He has been a member of the Chairde Patrimonio y Arte Navarro at the University of Navarra since 2015.
Among his latest publications are two monographs dedicated to municipal ceremonial in Navarre: the first published by the City Council of Pamplona with the degree scroll Pampilona urbs regia. El ceremonial del Ayuntamiento de Pamplona desde el siglo XVI a nuestros días (2020), and the second published by the Chair de Patrimonio y Arte Navarro, with the sponsorship the Government of Navarra, under the degree scroll Vestir la autoridad. Attributes of power and municipal representation in Navarre (2021). In addition to the articles and participations in congresses, there is a recent scientific article , currently in press, which will be published soon in the Anales del Instituto de Investigaciones Estéticas of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México with the degree scroll "El otro cuerpo de la ciudad. Use and function of the coat of arms of Mexico City from the perspective of its secular chapter (1523-1629)".
