Elkin Luis, new Deputy Director of Master's Degree in General Health Psychology

The professor and researcher of the University of Navarra, Elkin Luis, has been appointed Deputy Director of the Master's Degree in General Health Psychology. This is a newly created position that responds to a strategic commitment of the School of Education and Psychology to continue consolidating the postgraduate program. 

Elkin Luis is Senior Associate Professor and researcher of the School of Education and Psychology of the University of Navarra. He has a doctorate in Neurosciences and a solid academic training that includes master's degrees in Neuroscience and Cognition, Neuropsychology and General Health Psychology. In 2016 he joined the faculty of the School as a professor of the Degree in Psychology and in 2018, with the start of the Master's Degree in General Health Psychology, he also went on to teach teaching at this postgraduate program. 

Her research degree program has focused on exploring self-heteroregulation, psychological and social well-being, and self-care. She is currently researcher of the research groups Psychological Processes in Education, Health and Organizations; and Methods and research in Affective and Cognitive Psychology. 

He has forged an international career at teaching and research that has taken him to renowned institutions such as the Henley Business School of the University of Reading in the United Kingdom, the Center for Affect and Emotional Regulation (CARE) of the University of development in Chile, the United Nations Program for the development in the Republic of El Salvador, and several universities in Colombia.
