On May 5, the ION Mini Lab, a vehicle from the company Life Technologies, will arrive in Pamplona Life Technologies which is touring Europe with an Ion Torrent PGM™ (staff Genome Machine) for massive sequencing. The Mini will be on display from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the car park surface next to the CIMA of the University of Navarra, to show its performance in the fields of microbiology, Genetics, 16 S metagenomics, cancer genomics etc.

"On the occasion of their visit to Pamplona, we have organized a scientific workshop to present the applications we offer at the Genomics Service of CIMA. We will also have the presence of experts from Life Technologies who will talk about potential applications in the fields of diagnosis and research", explains Dr. Fernando Corrales, director of the Proteomics, Genomics and Bioinformatics Platform of CIMA.
