The high school Superior of Religious Sciences (ISCR) of the University of Navarra has closed today the deadline of registration to the VIII edition of the workshop Theological-Didactic "Challenges and orientations on the family. A purpose of two Synods"The event, which will be held on Monday, March 16 at the University of Navarra's IESE Madrid and is open to the general public. More than 170 people will attend this workshop.

On the occasion of the Extraordinary Synod of Bishops on "The Pastoral Challenges of the Family in the Context of Evangelization", which took place in October 2014 and that in October of this year the Ordinary Synod will be held on "The Vocation and mission statement of the Family in the Church and in the Contemporary World", the ISCR proposes as topic of study: "Challenges and Orientations on the Family. A purpose of two Synods".

The workshop will consist of four sessions:

"School and Family", which will run to position of Alfonso Aguiló, Engineer of roads, canals and ports; and PADE of IESE. President of the Arenales Foundation and the Alborada Foundation. He directs the portal www.interrogantes.net

"The family in the society of the XXI century", in which Alejandro Navas, doctor in Philosophy and professor of Sociology and Public Opinion in the School of Communication of the University of Navarra, will intervene.

Pedro Rodríguez, priest, doctor in Theology and Law, Professor Emeritus of Dogmatic Theology of the School of Theology of the University of Navarra will be the speaker of "The family in the current ecclesial context".

In the afternoon there will be a dialogue between the three speakers and the audience.

The deadline of registration to this workshop ended today. Capacity is full.
