According to Alex Uriarte, director Human Resources at NTV Logística and president of AEDIPE Navarra, "having the right people in the right place at the right time" is no longer enough. Everything is changing, he explained, but it is not only a technological change, but also a change in human behavior.

Despite the fact that "historically, technology has generated fear", Uriarte recalled, and the increase in unemployment, the stage we are facing "is accompanied by the creation of wealth", so the manager encouraged students to maintain a positive attitude in the face of the changes in the environment.

"The future is being built and this is the time," said Uriarte, and in order to be prepared, director listed the most important challenges that organizations have to face: eliminating hierarchy pathologies by starting to work by projects; working on trust by redefining the means of control; and creating a culture of innovation.

From the point of view of Personnel Management Service, " human resources processes must be taken care of, because whether they are programmed or not, they are inevitable". The director explained that, even if there is no formalized welcome plan, the employee's training or communication will always exist. By way of illustration, he explained that "if you do not program a work climate study, you can see it on the door of the toilets at business". Likewise, the president of AEDIPE Navarra emphasized that "to work well with people, the first person you have to work with is yourself" .
