Last Tuesday, October 10, was inaugurated the exhibition of the Final Projects of Degree Terminus of the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra in San Sebastian. The Gipuzkoa headquarters of COAVN will host the traveling exhibition that can be visited from October 9 to 23 at schedule from 09:00 to 14:00.

A total of 15 students will present their Final Projects Degree that delve into the technical execution and management assistant of the building. The projects are intended to be an exercise of synthesis of skills and knowledge acquired during the training process and a general integration essay of all the subjects studied for the internship of the official document of architect.

Of the 15 projects on display, the one by Armando Bernáldez from San Sebastian, a civic center in the urban section of the Bilbao estuary, stands out among others. He designed an urban finishing touch on the perimeter of the waterway with a series of civic uses, thus achieving a perfect balance between architecture and urban landscape at the service of society. This project also highlights the high quality of the graphic language.

Among the projects, you can find works of very different types, from the extension of the Tate Modern, where some students have faced the challenge of designing together with Herzog and the Meuron, through the design of an urban garden in plenary session of the Executive Council center of Bilbao, a music school in Pamplona, to a tourist market in the port of Bermeo.

In this exhibition the viewer can delve into the creative process of these young architects, where their ability to imagine new worlds opens up a horizon of infinite possibilities.

The School of Architecture of the University of Navarra, with more than 50 years training architects, organizes for the second time this exhibition that in this edition will visit different cities such as Pamplona, Donostia, Bilbao, Burgos, Huesca and Zaragoza. The next academic year the School will implement the Master's Degree University in Architecture where the students of Master's Degree will combine the realization of the project end of Degree with an intensive training in management of business taught by professionals from IESE Business School.
