"Without science there will be no recovery". The Regional Minister of University, Innovation and Digital Transformation of the Government of Navarra, Juan Cruz Cigudosa, has thus highlighted the importance of investment in knowledge in the biosanitary sector to overcome the crisis generated by the pandemic. Juan Cruz Cigudosa has participated in the closing ceremony of the XII edition of Master's Degree in research Biomedical of the School of Sciences of the University of Navarra. 

The event was held at the classroom magna of the Central Building and was chaired by Luis Montuenga, Dean of the School of Sciences. He gave a session on "Personalized Medicine: challenges and answers for its implementation internship". He also encouraged the new graduates to "get involved in society and change it from within", a path that they have started, he said, by choosing this Master's Degree in research biomedicine. 

The auditorium of the Cima University of Navarra hosted the opening ceremony of the 13th edition of Master's Degree. The event was attended by Inmaculada Pascual, Vice-Dean of postgraduate program of the School; Guillermo Zalba, director of Master's Degree; and Antonio Pineda, director of research Traslational and director of the Molecular Therapies Program of Cima University of Navarra. 

The new edition of the program begins with 26 students enrolled from Spain (17) and 9 are international students from the United States, Panama, Mexico, Uganda, Nicaragua, Ecuador and Peru. Of the students enrolled 9 are doing the specialization program in Cancer, 6 in Regenerative Medicine and Advanced Therapies, 4 Neuroscience and Cognition, and 7 research Translational.
