The School of Architecture organizes a Technical Drawing Olympiad and the activity 'Construction Manager for a day' in its Open Doors workshop

The Central hosted stands of the different services of the University, such as Scholarships and Grants, Sports, Cultural Activities Office or accommodation

The School of Architecture organized two activities for the prospective students of the Degrees of Architecture and Engineering of Building, on the occasion of its workshop Open Doors, which was held on Saturday, March 17. These were the Technical Drawing Olympiad and the activity 'Construction Manager for a Day'.

The goal of the first one was, on the one hand, to motivate the students of second year of high school diploma to value technical drawing as a universal language in construction and industrial processes; and on the other hand, to practice the habits and skills necessary to overcome the test of university entrance exam.

The second aimed to show the process of Building through two visits to construction sites that are taking place at campus, the Museum of the University of Navarra and the new building of the School Economics and Programs Master's Degree.

"Start your great story".
The University of Navarra organized on March 17 its workshop de Puertas Abiertas (JPA). For the first time, the academic center has concentrated in a single day the activities aimed to let the prospective students know the academic programs of the campus pamplonés, as well as the services it offers and its facilities.

"Start your great story" is the degree scroll of the campaign that the Admissions Office Service of the academic center organized on the occasion of the JPA, at reference letter to the story of the Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen, the first man to conquer the South Pole one hundred years ago.

The meeting with the prospective students started at 9.45 a.m. with activities in each School of the campus. At 12 o'clock there was a tour of the campus for all the students and then they gathered at the Central Building, where there were stands of the different services of the University: Sports, Cultural Activities Office, Universitarios por la financial aid Social, institute of modern languages, Servicio de attendance Universitaria (Becas y Ayudas), Servicio de accommodation, International Office, Alumni, Programas Master's Degree de la Universidad de Navarra, Fundación business Universidad de Navarra y University Orientation Service Universitaria.
