The Museum reports on its reopening plan after the closure period for Covid-19

The center is preparing the return to activity of the building from the week of May 18, International Museum Day, with the reopening of the terrace with 50% of its capacity.

The University of Navarra Museum begins its de-escalation period during the week of March 18, International Museum Day, following state and local indications and the committee of advisors of the University of Navarra. As of this Wednesday, the Museum's terrace will reopen, with 50% of its capacity and, foreseeably, as of May 26, it will reopen its doors to visitors. During the first two conference, the entrance will be exclusively for Friends of the Museum. The Museum's opening date is still pending final approval from committee advisor and assessment of the University's occupational hazards.

The Museum reopens its doors to the city with the purpose to offer a place of recreation and culture, aligned with the vocation of service of the University of Navarra. The center has been strictly adapted to the conditions necessary for the reopening, always with caution and prudence, taking extreme security measures, and limiting the capacity beyond what is required by the rules and regulations in order to make the visitor feel comfortable and safe, and enjoy the experience.

TERRACE AND VISITORS

The Museum Terrace will be open from Sunday to Thursday from 11 am to 10 pm and Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 11 pm. From May 25, the restaurant will also be accessible, with 30% of the capacity and will offer take away service so that diners can also enjoy their dishes at home. The restaurant offers customers a telephone customer service (673 330 048), for restaurant service and food pick-up.

As for visits to the Museum's exhibitions and collection, from May 26, the schedule from Tuesday to Saturday will be from 10 am to 1 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm. reservation The schedule will be open to senior citizens and vulnerable persons from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. On Sunday, the usual schedule will remain the same, from 12:00 to 14:00. Monday, both terrace and restaurant and Museum, will be closed as during the year.

The visits will be carried out in compliance with the indications of the state and local authorities, as well as the University's advisors committee . Said rules and regulations will be shown at all times to the visitor through the signage specially prepared for this purpose. Seating capacity is limited even more strictly than the limits set by rules and regulations to enhance the experience and enhance visitor safety by facilitating a free stroll through the Museum. The Museum wants to be open to the whole city and has enabled a free entrance , with no fixed price, and it will be the visitors who decide their voluntary contribution to support the work of cultural dissemination of the center. It also offers the public the possibility of supporting the Museum and culture through the Friends of the Museum program. To make the payment, it will be offered the possibility of doing it with card or in cash, being recommended the payment by telematic means.

The center emphasizes thatthe adaptation and conditions are a living process that will be developed by our visitors and their advisors with the support and supervision of the management. It will also accompany the information of this process through social networks under the hashtag #AsómatealMUN, where it will also inform about upcoming events and activities.
