The School of Architecture of the University of Navarra is hosting until December a exhibition organized by the Norwegian Embassy to illustrate the potential of its tourism through its secondary roads.

The artistic and architectural attractions, located in natural enclaves, which can be accessed through secondary roads, make road tourism an unprecedented experience.

At exhibition the viewer can take a look at Norway, its landscapes and various architectural works that dialogue with the enclave. The tourist roads are the work of more than fifty architects, landscape architects, designers and artists. Some of them are very young, others already established. Through their innovative proposals Norway appears to the traveler stylized and clear. Sudden, poetic and, at the same time, perfectly recognizable.

It is known for its dramatic nature and the extreme changes that the passing seasons leave on its landscape. As a consequence of this peculiarity, Norwegian architecture has a long tradition in the art of adapting its constructions to demanding terrain. The sample reflects this spirit taken to the limit, capturing the essence of tourist roads.

This exhibition sample , how architecture at contact with nature enhances experiences and makes stories unrepeatable.
