The business Hidro Rubber of Lesaka has won the I award Arizmendiarrieta Saria in Navarre, which recognises the application of the participative inclusive model in the industrial and services sector. The jury chose it for "the implementation of management systems that seek the competitiveness of the business based on the development of the people who work there and, especially, for its systems of Internal Communications and participation in the management and in the results".

The award is organised by the Arizmendiarrieta Foundation, together with the department of development Economic and Business of the Government of Navarre, with the partnership of the University of Navarre, the Public University of Navarre and the Industrial Foundation of Navarre.

The goal of this award is to recognise companies operating in Navarre, in the service or industrial sector, that have stood out for the application of the values and practices of management recommended in the model inclusive participative Navarrese business, based on a culture of cooperation and participation of workers in the life of the business.

The Jury, appointed by the organising bodies, was made up of: Iñaki Vélaz, Director of high school business and Humanism of the University of Navarra; Elena Alemán, Director General of the Navarra Industrial Foundation; Joaquín Ansa, former President of committee Social of the Public University of Navarra; Sara Equiza, General Manager of CIMA LAB Diagnostics;Patxi Esparza, President of ADEFAN; Izaskun Goñi, Director General of Policy of business, International Projection and work of the Government of Navarra; Pilar Irigoien, Director General of Sodena; Martín Larraza, Vice President of Economics, Planning and Strategy of the Public University of Navarra; Félix Taberna, advisor of the President of Navarra; Javier Taberna, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Navarra, and Ana Ursúa, Director General of AIN.
