El Aula de Farmacia de la Universidad de Navarra organiza la conferencia "Cambio de paradigma en Fotoprotección"
The classroom of Pharmacy of the University of Navarra organizes the lecture "Change of paradigm in Photoprotection".

Next Tuesday, April 5, at 12:00 noon, the talk "Paradigm shift in Photoprotection" will be given by Dr. Garre, medical advisor of department medical Laboratorios CINFA, at the classroom de Farmacia Prática (5th floor of Hexagon Building).
The talk, aimed at teachers of science area , will address the latest advances in photoprotection development , based not only on chromophores, but also on the deleterious action of cellular oxidation as an enhancer of premature skin aging caused by solar radiation.
According to speaker, "a paradigm shift is needed in the formulation of photoprotectors, based on new-generation anti-aging active ingredients that are effective, photostable and compatible with sunscreens".
Thus, in her lecture Dr. Garre will present an innovative study with an anti-aging active ingredient, which demonstrates how it effectively protects against oxidation and aging changes.
