The cloister was another of the spaces of the monastery that in the 16th century was covered with ribbed vaults. The ribbed covering was due to the initiative of the abbess Doña Ana de Beaumont, under whose mandate in the decade of 1520 the master Francisco el Darocano built it. The ribbed vaults are supported on corbels suspended halfway up the wall as is characteristic of the Cistercian style. The external arches of the cloister gallery are new, while in the internal walls of the cloister medieval remains are preserved, especially in the wall of the church. There is a small doorway leading to the interior of the church. This is a doorway with a simple outline , composed of two archivolts on pairs of angled columns with capitals of palm leaves, scrolls, pine cones and incisions. There are also some other medieval remains such as an arcade on double columns and vestiges of a Gothic tomb attached to the wall under a pointed arch, all of which have been restored.

The ornamentation of the cloister consists of keystones in which we find from geometric and vegetal motifs to renaissance elements such as the venera and the heads of cherubs with wings.
