"The Court of Instruction No. 2 of Sant Feliu de Guixols initiated P.A. No. 29/2007 for crime against the environment in its modality of noise pollution against Julián and once concluded referred it to the Fourth Section of the Provincial Court of Girona, which on February 26, 2010 issued Judgment No. 151/2010. The Court of written request issued the following pronouncement: "That we acquit Julian of the crime against the environment in the modality of noise pollution that the accusations initially imputed to him by prescription of the crime, the costs of official document are declared. The seizure and destruction of the narcotic substances seized is agreed upon".
