In this guide has as goal to help small and medium enterprises to innovate and transform into AFFABLE organizations (agile, flexible, open and profitable). It is an accompanyingguide on the road to change. With its financial aid, the reader will understand what innovation is and how it works; what you can do to be connected with the outside world and detect opportunities and threats in the environment; how to generate a culture of innovation; how to train people and configure crews to innovate; and what is the process of launching the idea to the market.

Belén Goñi is associate professor of Master's Degree of Personnel Management Service in Organizations at School and founding partner of consultancy service of strategy and operations Happeninn Innovation. She holds a law degree from the University of Navarra and an MBA from IESE. She began her professional life at Continente and since 2000 she has been working in business creation and innovation. She has promoted, designed, planned and executed change projects in companies, organizations and some regional ones. He has worked with and in Startups, SMEs and large companies, in grassroots and management positions. He is a member of the board board of directors of the Foro de Empresarios de Navarra and member of committee of the think tank Institución Futuro.

María Beúnza is associate professor of Master's Degree of Personnel Management Service in Organizations and of the Economics, Leadership and Governance programat School. She is a partner of Happeninn Innovación. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Public University of Navarra. She completed a postgraduate program program at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce International du Pas de Calaisy, France, and the development program for executives (PDD) at IESE. He has worked in Argentina and other Latin American countries. In 2002 he joined CEIN as Quality & HR Manager and in 2005 joined the Innovation Agency of Navarra as Strategic Projects Manager.
