"The university offers a list of internships in different Departments from a very wide range of companies in the sector. This does not prevent us from searching on our own at department/business for scholarships that may be of interest to us". This is how Daniel Ramos (Biomedical, Marketing and Sales Neuromodulation at Abbott) describes the start of this new stage.

After two months, more than 80 internship offers have been received throughout the country and, after passing the selection processes, the 30 students of the program have joined the teams of 20 companies in the sector, receiving a remuneration of 900€ average . The areas in which they have been incorporated are: Marketing, Market Access and Medical Affairs. This year, in addition, a high percentage of students have opted for consultancy service.

Ania Salazar (Biologist, Marketing at Shionogi) says that "the internship process was hard for me, but going through different selection processes has been good for me to gain experience and learn patience. Nothing is easy in this life, everything comes at the right time and it is worth waiting". Celia Marivela (Biomedical Engineer, Marketing Immunology at AbbVie) mentions that in her case "the incorporation was very fast" and that "the position caught my attention and I loved it from the first moment".

Although most of the students are doing their internships in Spain, Paz Sanz-Magallón (Biochemistry , consultancy service in Alacrita) was clear that she wanted to live an international experience and, although she participated in several processes in Spain, she has chosen a business dedicated to consultancy service in London.
