On Thursday, November 7, at 15:15h., will take place in the Parliament of Navarra the lecture "Do social networks provoke citizen transformation?". Organized by Civic Parliamentan initiative of the University of Navarra and the Legislative of Navarra, the discussion paper will be position by Igor Calzada, researcher postdoctoral at the University of Oxford (UK).

The session will present the keys to the case study "Iceland: frozen democracy?", recently carried out by this researcher. With a comparative and illustrative approach new strategies, trends and paradoxes of the combination of social networks, citizenship and democracy will be addressed.
