The Master's Degree Corporate Reputation Research Center (MERC) of the University of Navarra has started its course at the new Campus of the University in Madrid. The first class, composed of twenty students, brings together professionals with a minimum of 7 years of experience from sectors such as banking, Education, politics, law or consultancy service.

The new students were welcomed by the director of the University's Campus Madrid, Ángel Gómez-Montoro, and by the dean of School Communication, Charo Sádaba, who recalled that we are celebrating for two reasons: the opening of the new campus and MERC. "We are opening a space for work and thought, for a project very carefully from the beginning" that the new students of the program "are going to help to make". In addition, Charo Sádaba recalled that reputation "has been gaining weight in institutions; it is susceptible to study, management and learning. It is a professional activity that is being shaped and the School, which has always been a pioneer trying to innovate in its training, wants to take a step in this direction".

"Companies demand managers trained in management of intangibles", explained Charo Sádaba, "that is why the Master's Degree in Corporate Reputation has as purpose to train managers with strategic vision and social intelligence, who contribute to the development of the reputation sector in Spain and raise communication to the management sphere in organizations". The dean of the School of Communication concluded by thanking the students of MERC for their trust and accepted the responsibility that her training represents for the School . "The School is made by the students and alumni who have given us their trust and then their affection," she concluded.
