The School of Communication of the University of Navarra has signed a partnership agreement with the Audiovisual Cluster of Navarra (CLAVNA) so that the members of the cluster have access to special discounts in the Master's Degree in management of Communication Companies (MEGEC). With this agreement, the University makes its competences available to the audiovisual industry of Navarra, facilitating access to the training of professionals in the sector. This agreement includes a 20% discount on the Master's Degree for CLAVNA members.

The MEGEC is an Executive Master's Degree of the University of Navarra that provides analytical tools, from data and management to work in this ecosystem that has been expanding, to the point that more and more companies in more sectors need people who are experts in content broadcasting. "Audiovisual companies, like all companies in sectors such as communication, technology and entertainment, are experiencing an extraordinary moment of transition. People, talent, but also uncertainty and change are key. Following the traditional rules of the game no longer guarantees the future of the sector. Only innovation allows the continuous learning that companies need to grow. That is the approach that a program like MEGEC provides", explains Charo Sádaba, dean of the School de Comunicación.

"Innovation is core topic in our sector," adds Rosa Garcia Loire, president of CLAVNA, "and in that sense, initiatives such as the Master's Degree at management of Communication Companies can give our members the necessary tools to continue with their processes of change, adaptation and continuous improvement."

The Audiovisual Cluster of Navarra is a non-profit association , constituted in January 2017, which seeks to provide a professional and ambitious response to the audiovisual industrial sector within the framework of the Smart specialization Strategy of Navarra. CLAVNA wants to be a channel for projects, funders, investments and proposals from training that directly impact the Audiovisual sector and include Navarra in the international audiovisual panorama.

The School of Communication of the University of Navarra is the pioneer in Spain in offering, since 1958, programs of study of communication at university level. Its students can currently study Degrees in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication and Marketing; in addition to the masters in management of Communication Companies, in Corporate Reputation, and in Political and Corporate Communication at its campus in Pamplona and Madrid.
