The Center for World University Rankings ranks the University as 1st non-State and 6th overall in Spain.

The academic center stands out for its quality professor, that of academic staff, publications in prestigious journals and international impact.

The University of Navarra is once again ranked as the top non-state reference letter university in Spain and sixth in absolute terms. On this occasion, the Center for World University Rankings (CWUR) has evaluated the quality of the Education that students receive, the projects of research and the prestige of the professors of a thousand universities around the world.

The University of Navarra ranks issue one among Spanish non-state universities, issue six in the absolute national ranking and 347th in the world ranking. The University of Barcelona is the first Spanish university to appear (120th). It is followed by the Complutense University of Madrid (198), the Autonomous University of Barcelona (254), the University of Valencia (301), the Autonomous University of Madrid (309), the University of Navarra (347), the University of Santiago de Compostela (356), the University of Seville (384), the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (410) and the Polytechnic University of Madrid (416).

Objective indicators

The CWUR boasts of being the only world ranking of universities that values the training of students, the prestige of teachers and the quality of research without relying on surveys and data presented by the centers themselves. To do so, it uses eight indicators:

- Quality of the Education, measured by the issue of students who have obtained major international awards, in relation to the size of the university [Percentage of the final grade : 25%].

- employment, measured by issue of students currently holding a CEO position in large international companies, relative to the size of the university [25%].

- Quality of the center educational, measured by the issue of academics who have won major international awards [25%].

- Publications, measured by issue of research that has been published in prestigious journals [5%].

- Influence, measured by issue of research published in highly influential journals [5%].

- Citations, measured by the issue of most cited research articles[5%].

- International impact, measured by the H index [5%].

- Patents, measured by issue of international patent applications [5%].

On a global scale, the top ten centers are: Harvard, Stanford, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, Oxford, Columbia, Berkeley, Chicago, Princeton and Yale.
