The new Initiative on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Future of Management is a project multidisciplinary that will analyze the impact of AI on the management of companies and will help train managers in the ethical and socially manager use of AI in their companies.

AI will affect all spheres of economic activity in the coming years, so managers must learn to adapt to the changing competitive environment in the industry. They must also be able to transform their companies and ensure that their employees, and they themselves, possess the necessary skills to continue to deliver value in this new context. Accordingly, the purpose of IESE's new initiative on AI is torespond to these needs for generating knowledge and training management.
