The professor of the University of Navarra, Tomás Trigo, has published the book "Dios te quiere, y tú no lo sabes" (God loves you, and you don't know it). Published by Casablanca Comunicación, the book came about when the author perceived the need to trust more in God and to know that he was loved by Him: "I looked at Sacred Scripture, in the teachings of the Church, in the writings of the saints and I can say that, with the grace of God, I "discovered" a treasure that helped me a lot in my life and I hope it will help other people as well".

According to the author, this compendium of personal reflections is addressed to a general public, especially "to those who do not enjoy the love of God, to those who do not totally trust in Him and therefore go through life burdened, restless, anguished, with a winter face and bad coffee, despite knowing that God is their Father". It is this reality that gives degree scroll to the work, because "there are many people - he affirms - who do not know or do not perceive in their hearts to what extent they are loved by God".

He also points out that "to love God with all our heart and others as Christ loves us, it is necessary to realize that he loves us madly, even to death. When you 'learn' that God is in love with you, your joy is so great that you can only live by giving that love to others, as many saints have said".

Professor of Moral Theology, Tomás Trigo stresses the need to trust totally in God, since distrust "seems to me to be something very serious and very harmful to the person, the fruit of a multi-secular anthropocentric culture, which has had a great influence on Christians, and whose ideal is the self-sufficiency and autonomy of the individual," he assures.

In line with the recently published apostolic exhortation of Pope Francis, Gaudete et exsultate, he also encourages us to stop considering God as an "externalpartner " of our salvation: "It is the other way around: the protagonist, the one who carries on his shoulders the problem of the salvation of men is God; we are only his collaborators, because He grants us that grace; and this change of perspective can change your life".
