ONCE has awarded the University of Navarra for Tantaka in the Solidarity Awards. The award has been awarded due to the "cross-cutting nature of this solidarity action that serves groups of elderly people, people with disabilities, people at risk of exclusion, etc., constituting a magnificent example of how the university community can act as a transforming agent in our society", according to the presenters at the gala of submission awards.

Sofía Collantes, coordinator of Tantaka, thanked ONCE and the NGOs, associations, foundations and associations that count on the volunteers of the Banco de Tiempo Solidario to help in the work they do. Collantes highlighted the trust of the associations that work with people with disabilities who carry out internships at the University through the Tantaka Inclusion program. He also stated that this is an opportunity for the employees of campus, who see on a daily basis that people with disabilities "are perfectly qualified to perform the work for which they have been trained".

Tantaka ended academic year with 977 volunteers, at contact with 113 associations and 1,103 actions of volunteer activities. The Tantaka Inclusion program continues to grow: since its birth in 2013, 72 people with disabilities have done internships at the University of Navarra through partnership agreements with 25 associations.
