Students from high school El Molino visit the University
They participated in a session with students in the 2nd and 5th years of Teacher Training and Pedagogy.
On November 14 a group of 15 students who attend the training Basic Special at high school El Molino participated in a session with students of 2nd and 5th year of Teaching and Pedagogy.
visit The visitors, after making a tour of the different facilities of the University, narrated their experiences where they explained to the students of the School of Education and Psychology those things they liked most about the University. Then, they explained to the future teachers and pedagogues what their center was like and the different training activities they carried out there.
The session had as goal the sharing of various ideas on how to make the city more inclusive. Different suggestions were gathered, such as indicating street names with more visual signs and at a suitable height; accompanying the advertisement stops with auditory information on public transport, adapting outdoor spaces such as gyms and parks, or holding photographic contests to improve the image of disability in the city.
Students and teachers enjoyed and learned a lot from this activity.
