The I.E.S. Pablo Sarasate de Lodosa has won in the category of most viewed clip, with more than 10,000 views on the YouTube channel.

"Puny & Plump", from high school Orvalle in Madrid, has won the award for the best video in the III edition of the competition audiovisual Nutrivideo, organized by the School of Pharmacy of the University of Navarra at partnership with the high school Tomás Pascual Sanz for the promotion of healthy lifestyle habits among young people.

In the category of most viewed video, the award went to the I.E.S. Pablo Sarasate de Lodosa (Navarra), which has reached more than 10,000 views on the YouTube channel, where more than 44,000 visits have been received throughout the competition. This high school, moreover, has managed to get all the students, more than 400, and the 55 teachers to participate in the recording of the clip.

The winners in the best video category have been awarded an i-pad for each team member, as well as a computer and a projector for the school. Meanwhile, the winners of the most viewed clip were awarded an interactive whiteboard for their high school.

Finally, four other schools won the four runners-up prizes. They are: high school Peñamayor de Oviedo, with the video "El juego lo llevas tú"; I.E.S. place de la Cruz de Pamplona, with "Reportaje alimenticio"; high school San Patricio del Soto de Madrid, for "El camino de la Nutrición"; and high school Les Alzines, from Gerona, with the video "Eat healthy + sport = smile".

A total of 300 students between 13 and 18 years of age from around thirty schools and institutes from 15 autonomous communities participated in the latest edition of this nutritional contest Education .

Healthy circuit

The submission awards ceremony was attended today by more than 80 students, accompanied by the director of high school Navarre Youth, Ana Frías; Alfonso Perote, from high school Tomás Pascual Sanz; Arancha Ruiz de las Eras, president of high school of Dietitians Nutritionists of Navarra; Adela López de Ceráin, dean of the School of Pharmacy of the University of Navarra; and Francisco Javier Landa, director of development of the same School.

For Ana Frías, "one of the great values of this initiative is the creativity, the affection and the work teamwork developed by the students. All of these values are very important in times of crisis like the present". In the same sense, Alfonso Perote highlighted the quality of the works, "despite the lack of means, which has been compensated by the enthusiasm of the participants". He encouraged all of them to continue to maintain a healthy and active life, "which is the only guarantee of stopping a pandemic as serious as obesity".

Prior to the event, teachers from Degree of Human Nutrition and Dietetics completed the workshop with a Healthy Food Circuit, where students and the rest of the attendees participated in four workshops to know their body mass index, their amount of body fat, the most appropriate menus for each one or how to interpret food labels.

The contest was supported by high school Tomás Pascual Sanz for Nutrition and Health through Chair Tomás Pascual Sanz-University of Navarra, dedicated to generating and disseminating new knowledge in the field of nutrition, health and wellness.
