280 students and parents participate in the closing ceremony of the research Biosanitary courses of the School de Farmacia
The second edition of the courses held at the University of Navarra ended with the awarding of diplomas to students at submission .
The second edition of the courses of research Biosanitary "Medicines and Health" and "Food and Health", organized by the School of Pharmacy of the University of Navarra, were closed with a ceremony attended by 130 students and 150 parents, and where the students received the diplomas of attendance.
Students from 1st and 2nd grade from all over Spain took part in the conference . high school diploma from all over Spain, who have spent eight days visiting research centers such as the one at the CIMA of the University of Navarra, the Cinfa Laboratories facilities and the Dietary Service of the University of Navarra. The students also participated in practical workshops, bilingual sessions in Spanish and English, talks on Nanotechnology, drugs from design and neuropharmacology, etc.
In this last workshop the parents received, in addition, a special session in which they could also visit the research center Applied Medicine (CIMA).
The closing ceremony was attended, among others, by the dean of the School, Adela López de Cerain; the vice-deans Alberto Pérez Mediavilla and María Jesús Moreno, who highlighted the success of the activity and announced the celebration of the third edition next year; and Francisco Javier Landa, director of development of the School.
