Throughout the evening, the alumni participated in the roundtable "Sucess Doesn't Come Alone" and the networking cocktail that took place at the conference room of events EL CÓMO, Madrid.

IESE Business School professor Conor Neill moderated roundtable on professional success and staff , which featured Joaquin Gordon (ECO '92) General Manager of Elizabeth Arden Spain; Carina Pueyo (ECO '92) HR of Capgemini; and Iñaki Peralta (ECO '96) Director General of Sanitas.

"The keys to success lie in knowing how to listen and ask questions without pretending to know the answers," said Connor Neill, professor of Communication and Leadership at IESE. In the professional sphere, achieving success "should not be conceived as a degree program," said Joaquín Gordon, who reminded the audience that "it's not about getting as high up the pyramid as possible, but about developing all your capabilities. Gordon encouraged to call the term "professionaldegree program " as "professional development plan", since it is not about "getting to the top of the pyramid".

Iñaki Peralta, for his part, described success as a struggle against oneself, ruling out possible rivalries in the world of work: "it is not about competing against people but fighting with oneself to improve every day". A vision shared by Carina Pueyo, who affirmed that "the only way for a business to achieve success is by combining the best of each person's abilities".

Afterwards, the alumni participated in a networking cocktail, where awards were given to the most loyal Alumni, the most loyal Alumni, the most loyal Alumni fan, the most veteran Alumni and the most dynamic Alumni.
