Ainhoa Elizalde remembers the first few weeks of practice perfectly. She had been waiting for the first day for months, but the COVID-19 pandemic had delayed it for a few months. Finally, in July, she joined department Project Management at 3P Biopharmaceuticals.

Ainhoa had studied degree program at Biochemistry at the University of Navarra, where she discovered her interest in the pharmaceutical industry. At the end of the Degree, she decided to complement her training with the Master's Degree in management of Pharma-Biotech Companies: "the Master's Degree has given me a more realistic and theoretical vision of the industry".

The Program's internships were fundamental. "The first weeks were pure learning and putting on internship many of the skills learned during the Master's Degree. Throughout my stay I learned to manage nerves, problems and look for solutions, always accompanied by my colleagues, one of my great fortunes".

After completing her internship, 3P Biopharmaceuticals offered her a contract as Sales Manager, an opportunity that she has received with enthusiasm, since, as she points out, she is the first Sales Manager of the company "and the youngest of department".
