The School of Education and Psychology celebrates this coming Wednesday, February 4, its Day of patron saint.

St. Joseph Calasanz, in honor of the programs of study of Degree in Teaching; St. Augustine of Hippo, in honor of the programs of study of Degree in Pedagogy; and, St. Edith Stein, in honor of the programs of study of Degree in Psychology, will be the patrons represented in a festivity that will have different activities.

At 10 a.m., a series of sports competitions will be held at the University's sports center and will continue until shortly before 12 noon, when the Holy Mass of the School will take place at Amigos Building. Then, at 13h. a lecture in the classroom Magna of the Central Building to position of Professor Fernando Sarrais under the degree scroll "Psychological maturity and happiness" will precede the awarding of the I Photography Contest of the School of Education and Psychology, which will be held in the same place.

Already at noon, at 14h., will take place the lunch of the School enlivened with different musical performances in the hall of Central Building. The lunch menu will have a special reason since the homemade desserts sold during that time will go to finance a solidarity project . In this matter, both students and doctoral students are invited to participate by contributing their dessert.

Until February 3, tickets can be purchased at Office of Student Affairs, in addition to going to the course delegates who will move around the offices to facilitate their sale. The price of the meal is 4 euros.
