Itziar Zazpe, professor of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, of the School of Pharmacy of the University of Navarra, participated last week in the roundtable organized in the first edition of the Chair of Hospitality Doña Pakyta held in the Almeria town of San José.
Itziar Zazpe participated in a roundtable that under the degree scroll 'training for excellence', and moderated by Javier Salvador, director of teleprensa.es, was also attended by José María V. García-Peñuela, President of the International University of La Rioja, and the architect Loreto Spa.
The Chair de Hostelería Doña Pakyta arises after the award to a whole professional degree program that the Ministry of Environment of the board of Andalusia granted last November 27 to Mrs. Francisca Diaz Torres, for his career of action in defense of the environmental values of Andalusia.
